Last month Moira Mac’s participated in the final of three intensive modules of the ANZ business Growth Program in Melbourne. Alongside other businesses such as Cargo Crew, Straughton Group, Xtra AgedCare and Hunt Leather, executives from Moira Mac’s spent 12 intensive days (spanned over the last 12 months) actively participating in the course, hosted by the Australian Centre for Business Growth, developing skills to unlock their growth potential.
Over 100 executives have attended the ANZ Growth Modules as part of the program, which provide a dynamic and interactive learning experience. The program focuses on identifying new opportunities and tackling existing challenges in order to achieve growth.
Throughout each of the three modules, executives from Moira Mac’s worked together to develop solutions and strategies for growth within different components of the Knowledge Framework for Growth. This framework includes areas such as Products and Services, Marketing and Sales and Financing Growth.
Moira Mac’s officially graduated from the program in August 2017, walking away with a deeper understanding of how to better encourage growth within the company and continue to expand on the success of the business.
